David W. Lockhart
General Manager
David has been involved with insulated panel systems since the
mid seventies. After 9 years as production manager for British
Alcan in Scotland, David immigrated to Canada in 1986. He has
remained involved in the laminating industry through a
combination of manufacturing, research and development. By
working in conjunction with Weyerhauser, Dow Chemicals and major
adhesive companies, he has developed the product line that is
now being manufacturerd by Global Panel Systems Inc.
Leonard Bennett
Construction Manager
Leonard brings to his position over fifteen years experience in
the heavy construction industry, including oil, natural gas and
pipeline installation. He is well experienced in both
residential and industrial construction and renovations. Leonard
oversees Global Panel Systems construction projects, and onsite
training in the Global Panel building system as required.
Steve Lockhart
Production and Training Supervisor
Steve oversees the manufacturing process, quality control and
training of new employees at the Global Panel Systems
manufacturing facilities.
